Abstract: The project performance research is a hot issue in thefield of construction management. The report systematically introduces the performance connotation of the construction project, analyzes the evaluation criteria of the project performance in combination with the practice and research situation of Singapore and international research field, and puts forward the Evaluation methods of the project performance, then make recommendations and measures on how to improve the performance of the project.
About the speaker: Associate Professor， School of Design and Environment, National University of Singapore；University of Texas at Austin, PhD, postdoctoral；The editorial board of International Journal of Forensic Engineering and Management，Journal of Civil Engineering Research；The reviewers of International Journal of Project Management，Journal of Civil Engineering and Management. He has published more than 120 papers in the past five years, in which SCI / SSCI included more than 50 articles, H-index is 17. Research interests ： Productivity innovation and improvement,Green construction,Performance assessment.
